APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR AVAILING ASSISTANCE UNDER JANSHREE BIMA YOJNA FOR KHADI ARTISANS
Nominee of the deceased member to submit original death certificate to Pension Group Schemes Department of LIC of India through the Khadi institution under which the deceased was a member. For deaths due to accident, Police Inquest Report and Post Mortem Report are also to be submitted. LIC will settle claims by sending account payee cheque directly to the Bank account of the nominee.
